Processing Time:
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping rates based on your order's weight and delivery location.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays may impact delivery times. Pet Chet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 daysΒ at contact@petchet.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
